What do Splash Innovations do?
Splash Innovations is a division of Rob McAlister Ltd. We supply a vast range of wholesale umbrellas to clients large and small throughout the UK, Europe and across the world. We also design, develop and manufacture totally original umbrellas that are simply not available anywhere else.
Umbrella and rainwear specialists
Umbrellas and rainwear products really are our thing. In addition to umbrellas, Splash also stock and supply a select range of wellies, rain coats and hats. If you want access to one of the largest, most varied and keenly priced umbrella and wet weather ranges around, you have come to the right place.
What is truly unique about Splash?
Our umbrellas have been sourced from all over the world. In addition, many of them are our own designs. If there’s an umbrella you would like to stock, give us a call. We’ll use our experience and extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers to make it happen.
Independent
Being totally independent we are not limited to any one designer, manufacturer or supplier. We can pick the very best of the best umbrellas. You can benefit from access to virtually any umbrella. If it’s not readily available, you can take advantage of our contacts, skills and design experience to find what you’re looking for.
Experience
While Splash Innovations are a comparatively young company, you are unlikely to find a team with more experience of supplying umbrellas to the world. Our umbrellas are important but that’s not the whole story. It’s actually more about your complete shopping experience with us. From day one, exemplary service has been a key part of the business, not something added on afterwards.
Knowledgeable
Having designed many of our own umbrellas we have found out the hard way what does and doesn’t work. Whether it’s umbrellas for huge spectacles such as the Olympics, corporate events or prestigious TV advertising campaigns, we are often the first port of call. We have lost count of the number of professionals who call us every day for advice. We welcome your questions.
A friendly, honest and helpful team
The word “team” is often bandied about in a vain attempt by businesses to present a friendly and caring image. We don’t have to pretend. The Splash team is extensively cross-trained to ensure the service you enjoy is seamless. This is an example of how logistics and customer service are central to the company ethos: not something which came along afterwards.
No high pressure selling… ever!
In both our private and business lives we have been on the receiving end of sales calls. We don’t like it and you’re probably the same. As for “the hard sell”… quite frankly we wouldn’t know where to start. You can be confident we will never try to sell you something you don’t want.
