This lightweight Black windproof compact umbrella has to be one of the best compact folding umbrellas currently available. The unusually shaped, eight-panel canopy, takes design cues from the iconic aerodynamic, radar cheating shape of the Stealth Fighter and Stealth Bomber. Minimal canopy depth reduces drag, allowing the wind to pass above and below the canopy rather than always trying to fight against it. The shallow raked canopy also means that even if the wind does get under the canopy it can easily escape, leaving the umbrella unscathed. Tested in a wind tunnel, proven to easily withstand wind speeds of up to 80 kph or around 50 mph. To be honest, to go out in the rain with wind speeds like that, you probably should consider getting yourself checked out. Closed it’s just 25 cm long and around 5 cm x 7 cm.
